The Phuket Beach Club Society (PBCS) is a non-profit organisation operated by a group of beach club venues around Phuket. Its five founding members are XANA Beach Club and Bliss Beach Club on Bangtao Beach, Catch Beach Club and Zazada on Surin Beach, and RE KÁ TA Beach Club on Kata Beach.

- Fostering responsible environmental management through water preservation, wastewater treatment and professional removal, garbage separation, professional garbage collection and disposal, energy-saving practices and more.
- Clean-up and tree-planting activities involving schools to ensure the next generation understands the importance of protecting the environment.
- Supporting the community through preferred hiring policies for local people and adherence to government policies.
- Encouraging responsible conduct and safety awareness among our staff and guests.
